When there are test failures provide a link to the test output

Description

When failures happen on the CI box we need to be able to see the details of the error. Surefire is now producing text reports so we need to link to those. I suppose providing a link to the test output would be good in general.

This will necessitate a change in the project so that we know where the reports are stored and what format they are in.
