please add chinese localization too

could continuum add chinese localization? or any workaround to figure out the chinese localization issue? thanks.

I tried to add struts.locale=zh_CN and struts.custom.i18n.resources=localization/Continuum_cn to struts.properties in ~\continuum-1.3.1\apps\continuum\WEB-INF\classes\struts.properties, but it didn't work, thus I wonder if any others missing to support chinese localization?

staring by copy one of the existing localizations should be best, though I know not all of the application is covered.
