Default Build Enviroment List don't show installations

Description

When you click in menu 'Build Enviroment' the list don't show associated installations. If you edit a Build Enviroment, when you return show associated installations.

Previously used the label s (strut), this tag has been replaced by c tag (JSTL). Because the variables for the ec:table are not visible to the s tag.
