Uploading POMs presents a problem for parent POMs as only the parent is uploaded but the url to the downloaded location is used to find the modules and the modules will not be present in that location.

Uploading POMs presents a problem for parent POMs as only the parent is uploaded but the url to the downloaded location is used to find the modules and the modules will not be present in that location.
Instead - or in addition - of defaulting it being off, it would be nice to recursively parse the local directories to retrieve all the modules. Is this a security issue ?
