Database files go under the logs directory by default

After starting the Jetty bundle and adding the admin user, I find:

$CONTINUUM_HOME/logs/data/databases/continuum
$CONTINUUM_HOME/logs/data/databases/users

These should probably be in $CONTINUUM_HOME/data/, definitely not under the logs directory.
