Description

I need to be able to download large files from the tree view, without going to the screen that displays the file content in a box and has a 'Download as Text' link.

Another column in the tree view with a 'download' icon would be nice.

Possibly solved by CONTINUUM-2440. Large html files and jars are now prompting to download instead of trying to display.
