Description

During major refactoring work or e.g. when the subversion repository is temporarily unavailable it would be really nice to have a convenient way of stopping thousands of emails from been sent.

Would it be possible to have a big "pause all builds" button?

Or perhaps stop all notifications, but still let the builds go as normal?
WDYT?

This feature can reduce the impact of the email-hell that issue 1823 describes and is another approach to making Continuum easier to introduce in an organization.
