Description

When adding Ant or Shell projects, validation does not work and required fields are allowed to contain spaces or an empty value.

No errors just no validation are applied .

Anyway, in my case, the patch worked under windows. Without the patch, there's a javascript error that occurs on the page.

Modified the validate() function (CONTINUUM-1701-AddProjectAction.patch) to display the required field errors (CONTINUUM-1701-properties.patch).
