Description

For now, the Release Management seems to be an undocumented feature. I seem to be forced to download and install Continuum before I can even guess what it is supposed to do.

If it does work like the maven-release-plugin, and I guess it does, it would be a great feature that I could not find yet in CruiseControl or Hudson.

Continuum Release Management provides a web front-end to the same functionality as the release plugin's command-line 'mvn release:prepare' and 'mvn release:perform' steps.

That looks good for a start.

I installed continuum in the mean time, and tried the release plugin on a multi-module project.
That is slightly more complex than what's described in the 1.2-SNAPSHOT user guide.

The maven-release-plugin also updates dependency versions. That isn't documented either.
