Description
I first installed Continuum 1.1 on a user account x.
Then, i decided to migrate it for independency reasons to a new user y.
And then cvs was not able to update my projects.
Here is the solution I found : http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/SCM-333?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel

SCM-333
Continuum ignores a new given password for a cvs account until the cvsroot is also changed

I have the same problem with Subversion.
When I change some project's properties (url or username), the user and password account are not saved.
The only solution to change the username or password is to put them in the url. For example : http://user:password@svn.host.com/trunk/pom.xml. But it's not a good solution because the url is always visible by others users.
I use Continuum 1.2.3.
