Group level notifiers are not propagated to project information page.

Description

Notifiers that are added on group level does not show up on the project information page where the project notifiers are listed.
The notifier should be listed and the "From" column should display "GROUP".

The mails are sent out correctly though when building the project.

Confirmed in 1.3.4 and 1.4.0-SNAPSHOT r814049.

Group level notiifiers show up on http://localhost:8080/continuum/projectGroupNotifier.action?projectGroupId=16 but not on http://localhost:8080/continuum/projectView.action?projectId=21
