done in rev 593974.
Emmanuel WDYT about adding a textfield for user who want to use a repository on the fly without declaring it in the settings file in the server where the continuum instance is running ?

I don't think we need it. Users should add their private repos in settings.xml to resolve company pom and to resolve some dependencies/parents used in projects they want to add to Continuum.
