Description
It's kind of painful to have to go to the repo to download the data-managment jar, especially since there is no working direct link http://maven.apache.org/continuum/guides/mini/guide-data-management.html
The link has ${version} so you have to copy the link, go to url and manually modify the version in 2 places.
New documentation http://continuum.apache.org/docs/1.1/installation/upgrade.html contains a direct link.
