Description

The addition of the version of the project in the mail notification subject would be helpful in the case where there are multiple versions of the same project defined within continuum.

Ignore the first patch. This new patch adds complete flexibility to the formatting of the email subject. Any combination of attributes from the project or build can be used.

Try this one from the continuum parent level, it combines changes to both webapp and core.

Not sure if it's possible but if you could change the subject of this issue to something like:

Allow customization of email subject

It might make is stand out better in the change log for the next release since it's more than just the version.

I got the same problem. The JIRA mail notification subject is the following:
(status) (issue name) (issue summary)

I want to change it to (issue name) (issue summary) (status)
