Description

Document the changes made for CONTINUUM-1269, which include a complete refactoring, use of the webapp port, and the addition of security

Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. CONTINUUM-1269 XMLRPC server must be a servlet on the same port used by the webapp instead of a specific port
