Description

Need to add "Build Information" to the build result reports and notification. The "Build Information" should include the goals, arguments, name*, and description* because these affects the how the project is built. Currently the user can not determine the build configuration from the Results report or a Notification.

The build definition is already attached to the build result, we only need to print it in the build result (web page and mail message)
