Ability to disable a project group build definition per project

Description

Project group's build definitions are automatically inherited to any project created within the group which is fine. It would be even better if an administrator had the ability to disable such a build definition per project.

For now, the only way is to override the default build definition which is confusing since the group's default build definition is not disabled.
