Update the JSW integration in the plexus runtime for Continuum
The runtime builder has been updated with the latest binaries and it's been tested on OS X and Linux. Will get brett to try out the bundle on Windows. Bundle available here: http://people.apache.org/~trygvis/continuum-1.0-alpha-3-SNAPSHOT-bin.tar.gz
