Description

add a servlet or something that acts like "tail -f" on the console so I don't have to hit F5 and scroll down again every few seconds when I want to watch a build

Often because there was an error, the admin force the project build and then goes to the window to see results that is generated in the right way. This utility seems quite good.

By the meta tag, we have implemented a 'refresh' that will only applied if project is building. I configure it for refresh ever 5 seconds.

NOTE: It also fixes a bug in the layout. The website was deformed to generate the logs.
