Project Group Actions sometimes cannot be found in the Projects Group Page

A workaround is to add a project first to the project group and the project group actions will appear (note: even after removing the project from the project groups, the project group actions will remain. furthermore, even if you remove that project group, and add another with the same name, the project group actions for that would still be visible).
