Description
The web archive contains a dependency on tomahawk just for the uploading capability. This dependency is heavy and several other dependencies come with tomahawk which sometimes duplicate Constellation dependencies.
The uploading process should be implemented somewhere and this dependency removed to lighten Constellation web archive.
