Improve cpactf test coverage for SAPDB/MaxDB

A bunch of cpactf test have never been executed against SAPDB/MaxDB. To do this will require to enable those tests for SAPDB/MaxDB and add SQL scripts where they are missing or fix typos at them when available ones fail. If tests fail with correct SQL scripts it has to be investigated if this is a failure of Castor or if the database engine does not support a feature required. Current state of coverage is available at 'cpactf/src/test/resources/CPACTF-Matrix.ods'. At the end the yellow marks (not tested) should be gone for SAPDB/MaxDB.
