Description

The new ParseTreeWalker has problems with queries of the form "... WHERE $(int)1 = 1000 ..." as they occur e.g. in test30.testBasicSelect7().
This is going to be fixed.

Commented LIMIT tests in and changed toString() output of CastorParameter from "?" to "$" again.
