Excluded DERBY and MYSQL databases from TestOneToManyClassMapping and TestOneToManyMapping1, removed @Ignore and included ORACLE database to TestPolymorphismDegenerated as test runs without errors.

Marked "test1355.Test1355" as "Fails" for postgreSQL and "test2858.TestDeleteWithThreeLevelExtends" and "test2861.TestReferenceChange" as "PASSES" for Oracle.

Created CREATE and DROP scripts for test1355 (postgreSQL), test2861 (Oracle) and test2861 (Oracle).
Corrected field in mapping file for test1355.
Removed final statement from StateProv class (test1355).
Included Oracle in test2858.TestDeleteWithThreeLevelExtends

Marked test39.TestStoredProcedure for postgreSQL as "PASSES" and tests of package test2996 for Oracle DB and postgreSQL as "PASSES" or respectively as "FAILS".
