Description

Use visitor pattern to uncouple the order of select-columns from the order of the resulset-columns to gain freedom for the implementation of buildstatement of SQLStatementLoad and SQLStatementQuery classes.

Implementation passed cpactf for mysql, postgres, derby and oracle database instances.
