Description

Castor's source generator currently supports specifying destination of generated sources and resources, but it doesn't support separating the two. See this related issue at castor maven plugin for suggested solution.

I am open for any suggestion(s) on how to name the property, etc. And we must not forget to have this integrated with Ant, Maven2, ....

Initial patch for review. This patch adds a setResourceDestinationDirectory(String) method to SourceGenerator. As a result of that, .castor.cdr files could be generated in a separate location.

Improved patch, adding the new property to SourceGeneratorMain and the Ant task definition. I still need to add documentation in various places.
