Description

We've seen failures at this test dependent on plattform (Linux/Windows). According to this we need to review and test things with care.

NOTE: I have converted according to the new CPACTF but for some sql script I am not able to make it work.

It apears that the problems mentioned where related to different database engines and not to operating system. According to my tests I had been able to resolve them. Will commit the attached final patch in a minute.

It seams the timezone also causes issues with this test.
