AnnotationProcessingService for JPA

Based on castor-jaxb Project, create AnnotationProcessingService for JPA Annotations (readout)

With an eye on following Annotations:
Entity (Class), Table (Class), Column (Field)
Don't forget one ClassInfo can have one or more FieldInfos.

For this purpose it's okay to write a simple ClassInfo.

Use a locale Coderepository - apply patches ("svn diff" on commandline)
