Description
The usage of DocBook (and DocBook XSL) will allow us to come up with a far-better suited technology set to write and render documentation. It's through the use of DocBook that we'll get multiple output formats (HTML, chunked HTML, PDF) more or less for free.

Added stub documents, so that everything is in place to migrate existing documentation to DocBook. Some thoughts, though, still need to go into the new menu structure, as with the new user guide, all the pages for Castor XML, JDO, DDLgen, etc. will into the user guide.
As such, I will create new sub-tasks as we move on.
