Removed source directories not required any more.
Changed package on java source files.

Note: Even if there are no compile errors now tests can not me executed at the moment as references to classnames e.g. in mapping files need to be changed. In addition I intend to rename some files with the next steps following soon.

Renamed some of the files.
Again fixed compile errors only.

Reviewed some of the tests and bugs:

  • ctf.jdo.bugs.template
  • ctf.jdo.special.test1214
  • ctf.jdo.special.test1781
  • ctf.jdo.special.test1865

Others will follow soon.
