Finish cleanup of RSS document. As of this change, our RSS document passes validation at http://feedvalidator.org/ with only one complaint: The author tag is supposed to be an EMail address. Given SPAM, I didn't want to make that change without consulting with fellow committors. But other than this, our RSS now validates 100%.
