Update comments in default castor.properties. Then update the castor.properties included in documentation file src/doc/conf-lib.xml.

I believe that src/etc/castor.properties is very out-of-date. I assume that it is supposed to be a copy of the default castor.proeprties found under resources. I am not 100% certain that it should be a copy, so I am not touching it in this update.
