Attaching first (and final) patch. In addition to the documentation changes, I cleaned up some errors I discovered while updating the documentation.

I could have removed the TestDescriptor.xml sourcegen output from SVN, but that is probably an issue for a separate defect. I updated the TestDescriptor generated source. Another defect on another day will be used to remove this from source control so it will be generated at build time.
