Move org.exolab.castor.jdo.conf to org.castor.jdo.conf

As the summary says: move org.exolab.castor.jdo.conf to org.castor.jdo.conf.

In addition, add a name attribute to jdo-conf tag that defaults to 'jdo-conf'.
