default extraction dir for artifactInstaller is different from zipUrlInstaller

Default extractDir for zipUrlInstaller is $

{project.build.directory}/cargo/installs.
For artifactInstaller is seems to be ${project.build.directory}

extractDIr for artifactInstaller should be aligned with the one for zipUrlInstaller.
