Description

The default "installation directory" for the Maven2 ZipURLInstaller should be $

{project.build.directory}. Note that this is only possible once CARGO-907 is implemented, and we will:

* Leave the download directory as before: ${java.io.tmpdir}
* Set the extraction directory to: ${project.build.directory}
