Update wiki regarding use of archetype:generate instead of archetype:create

Description

The cocs should reflect that the correct archetype mojo to use is 'generate'. It currently specified 'create', which is deprecated.

Need to undo this as it turns out it doesn't work. The generate mojo seems to work a little bit different than create and reads the archetype catalog at central. And that one doesn't include any cargo archetype newer than 1.0.1-alpha-2.
I think we need to implement CARGO-870 before we implement this doc change.

Setting target version to 1.1.0, since the depended issue CARGO-870 has also that fix version.

CARGO-871 shows that archetype:generate actually does work

Documentation updated, tests OK with version 1.0.6.

No, I think that they have done some improvements on central so that the (remote) archetype catalog xml file now includes the cargo archetypes. This is not driven by Nexus but rather some standalone job.
