Description

For a release, all artifacts should be staged together in one staging repo. This includes all four code trunks (pom, core, extensions, resources).

This needs to be tested and the release process docs needs to be updated to describe this process in detail.

This has been slightly changed. pom is handled without staging. The other three are staged together.

Ali, I've assigned this to you. When the 1.0.4 release has successfully gone though the new release process with staging, I think you can close this ticket.
