Description

Suggested by Mike Cannon Brookes.

Each container has a way to turn logging on. We need to add property to turn logging on (and for different levels).

Added new cactus.logging property for improved container logging. Valid values are "info", "error", "warning.

Support added for Resin 2.x and Resin 3.x only for now. The issue will be closed when initial support for other containers is implemented.

Done for Tomcat 3.x (changes will be cmomitted when SVN access will be working again)...
