We have some new merging API functionality.

Commonly, however, we need to do this merging at build-time, and so we would like to be able to do this through maven2.

The UberWar Mojo can get added to your pom.xml, and script how this merge should be performed at build-time.

Nigel, I'm changing the fixfor to 0.2-maven2 as the release lifecycle for the m2 plugin is different from the corer release lifecycle.

the actual code (functionality) is in cargo - the mojo is of course just a way of executing it.
