Description

Add new container property "cargo.hostname" (GeneralPropertySet.HOSTNAME) that allows container to listen on hostnames different than localhost (the default).

This issue should have been closed way earlier because even though we have no tests to verify it, it has still been delivered in Cargo 0.2. Closing now and we can always open a new issue for testing it when we find a solution.
