Write a cargo:configure Mojo that allows user to generate a standlone config for a target Container.

This should provide more control to the user while dealing with custom deployables/configuration implementation.

Hi Rahul,

Thanks for this patch. I have applied it with modifications. I haven't tested it though as there were not tests in your patch!

If you have time could you please also send a patch for either some unit tests or some functional tests?
