Description
It looks like some characters are forbidden in the JMX object names, like the ':' character. These should be eliminated and replaced by some other allowed character so that JMX should not have to be disabled when a resource's uniqueName contains any of the forbidden characters.
If the forbidden characters list is not standard, a configuration property should be added.
