As simple as <s:slink>, <s:sform> would output an html <form> tag and it's contents, if the user can access the path.
Needed attributes are
- action (=path, relative to context?)
- method (defaults to get, or doesn't show up, like html)
- encoding
We'll add other attributes if needed... maybe onsubmit could be there right away.. let's see
