Description

hotdeploy API seems confusing
1/ depl. scope is misunderstood
2/ sounds like when using hotdeploy, pc name has to be unique every time (Prasen'test - TBC)
3/ some FIXME in code since depl. scope name is "field name" (lost aspect FQN/name => can be overidden)
4/ @DeplScope gets attached to (Virtual)SystemDef - ie no symetry with AspectDef where it seems to belong from aspect source view (but parallel with xml decl.)

write some more about it
fix Jonas blog that does hide depl. scope
