AtomServer

HomeAway.com has allowed us -- the authors -- to open source the intermal project we have been working on for about 1 year; a generic, tranactinally correct Atom Store. It provides generic GData-style data services based on the Atom Publishing Protocol. The code is in Production, taking ~1M hits/day. There are 3 active developers. Several external parties have expressed an interest in using the code once it is open sourced.
