Comment from Nick Smith in ACT-118:

Also, the foreign key names are still clashing with old JBPM tables. Since many customers will be migrating from JBPM to Activiti they may well have the JBPM tables present in their DB so it makes sense for the foreign keys to not clash. I suggest replacing FK_Name with FK_ACT_Name.

While you're at it, review the whole DB crete scripts and bring up issues if you see any.
