      Description

When a process is created and deployed using the 5.11 designer release the following exception is thrown

org.activiti.engine.ActivitiException: cvc-complex-type.3.2.2: Attribute 'targetNamespace' is not allowed to appear in element 'process'. | timer-01.bpmn.bpmn20.xml | line 3 | column 108

      at org.activiti.engine.impl.util.xml.Parse.throwActivitiExceptionForErrors(Parse.java:186)
      at org.activiti.engine.impl.bpmn.parser.BpmnParse.execute(BpmnParse.java:242)

      at org.activiti.engine.impl.cmd.DeployCmd.execute(DeployCmd.java:61)

It was working fine till I updated the designer (with 5.11 engine and 5.10 designer)
