Canot start process instance when sorted on version first

Description

I deployed 3 times the same process to the database that Explorer is using.

I log in to Explorer, and go to the tab 'processes'.
I sort on version, and try to click on 'start process instance icon' for the process with version 3, but nothing happens.

If I don't do the sort, I can start the same process OK (ie the form is shown).

The replication steps are simpler:
1) Load "Processes" tab in Explorer
2) Sort Table by clicking on any heading
3) Click "Start Process" or "Start Form"
4) Nothing Happens.

The issue will be with the events triggers not being rebound after a sort.

This will be fixed in the next release with server side sorting.

Fixed. Processes now use the Activiti.widget.DataTable component, which allows pagination and sorting.
